At Klyno Mortgage, we strive to provide quality electric fans. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
• The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Due to the nature of certain items, electric fans that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Refund Process Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Gift cards.
